Cancelation Policies

• If cancelled more than 72 hours before the date of arrival*, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled from 48 to 72 hours before the date of arrival*, 30% of the total cost will be charged.
• If cancelled from 24 to 48 hours before the date of arrival*, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
• If cancelled from 0 to 24 hours before the date of arrival*, 70% of the total cost will be charged.
• In case of no cancellation (no-show), 100% of the total cost will be charged.

*Reference arrival time: 12 PM (noon).
